This just-completed project in Kingman, Arizona consists of 47,922 square feet divided into office space, a specialized refrigerated distribution area and a covered staging area.

The building was constructed with insulated tilt-up concrete panels and exterior metal roofs.

The 25+ acre site development included parking and shipping areas, sewer and water distribution systems.

This is the second such project that W. Alan Kenson & Associates, P.C. has designed for Canyon Distributing. The first, located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, consists of 37,887 square feet, and contains similar office and specialized distribution areas. Kenson Construction Company completed the construction of both facilities.
