News: Warehouses Approved as First Project in Cottonwood Business Park

The City of Cottonwood, Arizona has issued the first building permit in the Cottonwood Business Park for a 6,000 square foot Frito-Lay distribution warehouse on two parcels totaling approximately .68 acres. A second proposed future warehouse would bring the total project square footage to 11,450 square feet. The project architect, W. Alan Kenson & Associates, P.C., Kenson Construction and Distributor Leasing, L.P. comprise the design-build team. This is the second Frito-Lay distribution project that W. Alan Kenson & Associates, P.C. has designed, the first of which is located in Prescott Valley. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2009. The Cottonwood Business Park is located at the intersection of Crimson Road and Clover Parkway.
